Founding Partner

Founding Partner of The Partner for the past 10 years; with over 25 years of experience in identifying talent and supporting individuals and companies with the goal of creating and building added value; thanks to my work at leading executive search firms such as Amrop International, Heidrick & Struggles, and Seeliger y Conde, where I gained experience and grew professionally alongside outstanding colleagues.

This calling led me to start my own business and to participate as a partner in the development and growth of firms such as Bayll and Lauté Consulting.

I enjoy conducting executive search projects, providing guidance to executives and professionals seeking new opportunities, mentoring young talent, and assessing and mapping executive and critical roles for both international and domestic companies, with a particular focus on family-owned businesses.

Collaboration on workshops regarding executive coaching, career transition, and individual professional assessment. 

I care deeply about people and meaningful causes, which is why I have been an active member of various organizations, including the Spanish Kidney Foundation, the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, Pequeño Deseo, and AMREF, among others.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and have over 10 years of solid experience in the fields of talent management, recruitment, and career development, having actively participated as a senior consultant in executive search projects as well as in salary and talent surveys.

I actively contribute to projects involving assessment, executive coaching, career transition, and individual professional evaluation.

Previously, I spent more than seven years building my career at Dragados, holding various positions in finance and administration. After earning a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, I began my career in talent management at companies such as Right Management (Manpower Group) and Lauté Consulting.

I am accustomed to working with a wide range of professionals, nationalities, and all types of organizations, from large corporations to family-owned businesses.

Every decision we make is guided by a clear sense of purpose.

What began as an exciting project has grown into something more. We are proud of our progress and even more excited about what lies ahead with our clients and candidates.
